FightHorse Game

Pivot: FightHorse Launchpad

FightHorse BETA launched with immediate interest, especially among retail participants. The gamified mechanics—burn battles, bonding curve strategy, and survival-based incentives—resonated with degen communities.

However, we quickly discovered that while retail loved the game, token creators did not. The unpredictable nature of the burn-based battle system made it risky and unclear for devs who wanted more control over their launches.

This insight led us to pivot. Instead of continuing to position FightHorse as a game-first launchpad, we evolved Horse Labs into a suite of high-growth primitives for SVM chains, starting with a traditional, permissionless launchpad model optimized for devs.

Since the pivot:

  • 🚀 14,000+ unique wallets participated

  • 💸 Over $2M in transaction volume

  • 🥇 Became the #1 launchpad by volume on Eclipse
